We offer free shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States. No minimums, no added shipping charges at checkout.

Delivery times begin once your order ships and vary by destination and season:

Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available). Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear.
Heavy / oversized orders
Some large-quantity or oversized orders may ship in multiple packages or by freight. If an appointment delivery is required, we’ll contact you.
Taxes, duties, and import fees (U.S. orders)
For U.S. deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may require confirmation and may be unable to reship until the package is returned.
Delivery issues
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with you to resolve it.
